Vendor Managed Inventory

Description:

REMMEY account managers periodically take inventory at a customer’s facility and share information with both purchasing and production to determine economic order quantities, min/max stocking requirements, and systematic delivery schedules. These inventory numbers can be custom-designed on a customer-by-customer basis with monthly reporting available to verify usage rates and control purchases.
